I love everything about Fall. I honestly wish it was the longest season. This year, we really want to take advantage of the cool nights out at the fire pit. These are my favorite nights. Thick sweaters, warm blankets, a crackling fire, the bite to the air, the s’mores, and the fall flavors in every cup. Paula Dean’s Hot Apple Cider Recipe: This one offers the addition of orange juice which I really like. If you haven’t tried it. I have to recommend it. Soooo good! Find the recipe on Food Network.

Adult Hot Apple Cider: This recipe from Bon Appetit is crazy good. The addition of a vanilla bean and a little Brandy make it the perfect treat to warm you up on those chilly nights.

Basic Hot Chocolate Recipe: This is the only recipe you need for a really great Homemade Hot Chocolate. The addition of cream and vanilla extract make it simply delicious. Orange Spiked Boozy Hot Chocolate: This amazing hot cocoa from Salt and Lavender mixes perfectly to achieve the perfect combination of orange and chocolate! Two tips: One – if you like your hot chocolate extra creamy add 1 TBSP of heavy cream. Two – If you are making s’ mores when you serve this buy a chocolate orange and use the slices in place of a regular Hershey’s to achieve paired perfection!
